    They could be polished antler

EDIT: I dunno how you took that but I'm not joking, I've owned multiple jackets with deer antler buttons. They're porous and look a little like wood, however mine were unpolished, these look like mine, just a processed, polished version, sanding and lacquer.

i would hesitate to call it 'diffusion' because its hardly more affordable. however it is a line focused on 'RO' classics and 'basics' leaning towards the sporty/casual side (not to be confused with Lilies which is a womens line focused on jersey fabric).

thats a great find and it is definitely something to look out for because the labels (particularly darkshadow - which is usually just an embroidered label with his silhouette on it) don't scream HIGH FASHION/LUXURY/WORLD FAMOUS DESIGNER/$$$

By definition, it is a diffusion line. And yes you don't find the leathers for 5 grand and you do find the drop crotch sweats, which are similarly priced. Overall though, it's definitely cheaper and it's a diffusion line. A line that isn't a designers mainline, meant to market and reach a wider customer base with overall cheaper prices and greater availability.
