Bought it while on a business trip (Sacramento guys I've come, been mostly disappointed, and am now leaving as I type this) and using it as my carry on.
Coworker and I literally got jumped by some of the local hood representatives, but that's a story for laterand not tied into thrifting.
Consider my 2 hour trip to 3 stores a success. New found appreciation for cleanliness and pricing at my local spots...

Unfortunately not. Makes a nice piece of furniture, though. Some folks like to tear out the crappy old components and put the good stuff in. Not terribly hard to do.

For some reason the thick rubber on the newer LV pieces always have that powdery film on them. Same as my Taiga Satellite bag. Nice find

Recent finds...

Some thrifted Nudie jeans in some attention-getting colours. 31 waist...destined for Ebay.

Robert Graham trifecta for my personal use. Not thrift price...but great deal in consignment store. Pretty sure these exact items are still available in the high-end mens store in town. Or recent anyway.

And a pretty decent online deal on a Brooks Brothers canvas/leather briefcase/messenger bag which I'm going to throw my crap in for work.
