1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

I know, right? That was actually an e-thrift, around the 15% rule. Very bummed it's too small for me.

Holy shit at the OG Air Max 1's.

Frenchy, no matter what don't let anyone try those on, even squeeze them or anything. Those are fragile and would be for display only. All your days of posting random sneakers asking if they were a thing have finally paid off!

On another note, is anyone familiar with Hartmann trunks?
Is this the same Hartmann that makes the tweed luggage, etc.

I really liked this for a personal kop, but store wanted $175 for it. It's in really nice shape, just not sure if I should take the plunge. Might go back tomorrow if you guys think this would be a good buy.

I don't know a dollar value but there's just so much history in that shoe.

The first big shoe Tinker Hatfield designed.

First time they exposed the airbags on a shoe.

    The beginning of the running-shoe-as-lifestyle-shoe.

    It's the 30th anniversary year.

    That's the classic colorway.

Running shoes are having a moment in terms of desirability as Jordans are a little overplayed IMO.

Just a bunch of factors that make them special.

Love when things get labelled as women's but aren't:

And in the same store, a bit of spiritual guidance from an admirer of In-N-Out Burger:

Got destroyed by LA this week. Only one find worth mentioning. Also taking this as an opportunity to try uploading a photo in this new format. Cool bespoke flannel tailcoat from 1952.
