1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Picked up what is probably the nicest piece of tailored clothing I've ever put my hands on, a sport coat from Bernard Weatherill. Am a bit confused though as it is labeled New York, and always thought Weatherill was a Savile Row tailor. Dated 1992. Any insight?

Can anybody help me ID this tag... On some really nice workwear style pants, made in USA - I know I've seen it before I just can't place it, driving me nuts

Hey wallet-dudes. Is there a good site you could link me to with tools/materials/plans? Making a wallet seems kind of like a fun project.

That looks great! The Horween was 3-4oz, but soft enough that I felt like I could use it for the whole thing. I did skive the outer edges of the cardslots though. I have absolutely no idea what thread I'm using. Came in a generic kit that my brother bought me for my birthday. Feels waxed, but I could be wrong. Tandy 3mm stitching chisels and a wing divider to make a straight line. Burnishing with Eco-Flo gum edge and a wood slicker.

/r/leathercraft is great. Justin's videos on makesupply-leather.com are fantastic. He breaks down the tools, provides links to the tools, and has several free templates you can just print out and trace.

Stitching looks a bit suspect. More pics?

Definitely looks weird to me, though I'm not sure if it's just the angle of the photo.

@impuntura , can you add pics of the tags and maybe a closeup of the embroidery?
