There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

One day Spoo is going to take out his exacto and unearth a copy of the Constitution.

Sorta flip-brag and sorry to quote myself. Sold in 2 minutes. I think I listed too cheap.

Hard to believe, but that was the #1 selling album of 1972 in the United States. Speaking of good music, I picked up a few things today:

Also, does anyone know much about eyeglasses? Found these nice looking made in France specs but can't make out the name. Frame is kind of a swirled multi color pattern.

Maybe @leftofthedial or someone else can answer but Hercules sanforized work shirts...is it older if it doesn't have the Sears branding or newer?

I think the non-Sears branding would be older. Not super familiar as I've only seen it maybe twice in the flesh, one of those times is a flannel @silverwarebandit sent that I would guess is early 50s.

    Would love to see pics!

Thanks dude. Can't find the same tag online anywhere so I was just shooting in the dark. Outside of being wrinkled it's pretty flawless so unsure if it's been used or not.

quick tip: older shirts will often have selvedge inside the button band. imo the most important detail is you don't want to see serging inside the side seams, armhole, etc - the best sign to me is an uneven flat fell, this will tell you it's a single needle machine (and less machine intensive) and a good starting point if you can't pinpoint a date on a label.

EDIT: now that i'm looking at that collar, it could be very early 50s but honestly i think it's probably more like late 40s. here's a comp but *grain of salt* yes?

Yep. Sold that was one a year or two ago. It fetched $200+ at auction. From my favorite consignment shop that sadly closed this year. They'd get a lot of the "good" vintage Polo stuff and sell it for peanuts. Gonna miss that place.

Thanks for the link. I don't know how I missed that one between ebay searches and google image searches.

harvest has a couple of flat-out embarrassing tracks but it's mostly really good! i've listened to it quite a lot over the past year and even learned Out On the Weekend just to have in my pocket.

Out On The Weekend is a great song to send to a special gal to let her know you're thinking about her across the miles.

Been trying to find the BBC session he did in the 70's - a real DVD copy not some bootleg. Awesome intimate live gig.

I've never seen a pair of slip-ons that I liked until now. Those are killer.
