1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Hey. Can someone help tell me what I have here? Priced at $700 but I'm sure I can get it down to $350. Kop?

E-thrifted this Zilli suit but upon inspection I'm not terribly impressed with the quality. Would any of the resident experts care to weigh in on the authenticity? Also, what is the lining made of, I can't seem to decipher the contents on the tag.... 55% T 35% R 10% W. All the Zilli suits I see are 70% silk 30% Cupro Bemberg lining although this is the first wool/silk shell I've come across with Zilli....

The Zilli SC's Ive had were also made by Pal Zileri. The outerwear was on a whole different level though

I found an orphan about a month ago and it was completely boring as far as quality goes. Very surprising. Sold for way too high way too fast though.

Anyone familiar with missoni bags? Great construction, clear stamps, nice vescetta leather, but has a Made In China tag

Oh, that feeling you get when an unexpected package arrives, you fear it's another return from a lame eBay buyer, and instead you find that
    THRIFTMAS HAS COME, AT LAST!

@eazye hooked me up and then some! I'm blown away.

That's PRL made in USA loafers, a Rubinacci tie, a Marinella tie, a Barbour Liddesdale, a Dunhill ostrich belt, and two RLPL shirts. All of it fantastic.

Thanks for the great gift, Eazy, and for reminding me to get off my ass and send MY gift off (with apologies to my recipient for tardiness).

    Merry Thriftmas to all!

^^^^Awesome! I'm glad you like the stuff! Don't feel bad about sending your package out late. I was super late the last two years, trying to scramble to find something good. This year, I had everything already in my backstock, haha. Loafers are Rancourt I believe. [IMG]
