1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

your photography is spot on! The only thing I would recommend is getting one of those clear plastic collar supports; they cost only pennies and hold the collar up in form, with that you're shirt photos would be catalogue quality. You might be able to get some free from your dry cleaner.

Frenchy; I'm blown away by that haul! Every piece is amazing!

40 Brooks Brothers ties. These are the ones I've gathered, since I started this thrift journey in February, that I'm keeping for myself. They replaced my previous personal tie lot of Alfani, Hilfiger, etc. [IMG]

Haven't posted finds in a bit, been busy as hell with the store. But here's some. Wes came and spent the weekend with me, so he got most of the spoils. Check his post soon for part 2 to this. Couple of pieces in here were from the RL haul too. And yes, I know about the Hermes scarf.

Yeah -- I think these questions of authenticity are nothing new. I seem to remember, from my zygote years, panting women in neon sweats debating the acceptability of prefab Flashdance-style garments vs. DIY.

    Anyway, awesome finds, Spoo!

Half-shirt, something we used to wear underneath our shoulder pads for football before compression shirts kinda took their place. Kept the pads and straps from rubbing raw spots but wore cooler than full shirt. The only people I remember wearing them were football players, some runners during their practices, and some wrestlers wore them over their singlets.

Edit: we also had shimmel jerseys a couple times too.
