1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

You need to spend more time on the 'style' part of this forum. Pleats are fine, especially if they fit you. Most of the time, the jacket will cover up the pleats when you're wearing it anyway.

I wouldn't wear like...pleated khakis, but for trousers that are part of a suit or will be worn with an odd jacket only they're fine. Seriously, go look at the WAYWRN thread.

The gorge is a little low but I would pick them up for personal use if cheap and your size. I'm not against pleats. I purchased a NWT BBGF suit from a few seasons ago from another member that has pleats. They aren't deep or egregious and the suit looks rather good on me. I would, however, be mindful of the pants of this suit in terms of their width around the legs.

    Pleats are apparently back.

+1 on pleats. All my trousers are pleated. Just ordered a fourth pair of Epaulet's high rise pants and they're amazing.

Yup, all my luxaire trousers have pleats. Just picked up a pair of triple pleated Dries pants off grilled...we'll see how that goes. [IMG] The problem with pleats is that people remember them on ill fitting, billowy leg chinos worn by 90's casual Friday cubicle drones. If you have a pair that fit well and sit on your natural waist as opposed to under your belly, they are actually more flattering than flat fronts.

Well, you guys convinced me that I should make a stop there after work again, to take a more thorough look (I was rushed on lunch earlier). If it's still there, I'll try it on more, including the pants. :) Thanks for the always helpful advice!

If these Goodwill employees continue to hide Polo in the women's section, I might have to prosecute them legally.

Why? I just adjust what I consider to be my natural waist. Unfortunately, then I end up with my tie being a bit long.

Only 1 recent find worth mentioning. What breaks my heart is that there were more and someone bought the others but left these behind. Minty but small, 7D Alden

Unfortunately not Avail for a deal but they are sitting on the 'bay.
Paid up for these babies and have had 12 offers in under 24 hours of being listed (with crappy pics so far too)
