A Datsun for 200? I though they quit making the Datsun 200 in 2002? Anyway, I suppose if you mate it with a Nissan, you might get an Infiniti out of it.

I think I found one of those and after some research it was a Hugo Boss. It was the nicest HB I had found, but I didn't kop it.

I know you all are checking, but reminder: Check the Ugly Sweater racks!

You know that feeling where you just put the darn thing on right outside the thrift and strut around for the next hour looking like a fool cause your groceries are paid for the week. [IMG]

Best find of the day so far.

Yes, the tag identifies this as a Fall 1998 model.

Goodwill by your place? Dang, that must have came out after I left. Wasn't there this morning. Here's today's finds. Sorry for the crappy photos but daylight savings time + dreary and rainy day + crappy flash on my camera that washes everything out = bad photos. Pop! [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] @Fueco, Any idea on the model of this Patagonia H2No rain jacket/shell? [IMG] [IMG] Almost passed on this but decided to gamble and see if someone on here want's it for cost + gas + shipping. Same company that makes hats. Never knew they did tailored stuff. Did some quick in-store research and found a SF thread from 2008 about their RTW stuff and how they were branching out into clothing and leather goods. Quality is there. Some handwork. Someone on there mentioned some were made by Sartoria Nervesa. Can't tell if that's who made this one or not. Either way, killer 3 piece suit for cheap. 3 Btn, side vent. Flat front pants. Eu 48 R. Nah, the other place right by me. That was the only thing I walked out with. I was going to stay home and just list today and ended up hitting 2 thrifts anyway. Didn't make it to that Goodwill though. Hah.

    This is why I thrift.

Sierra Designs 60/40 Mountain Parka in Burnt Orange.

I'm assuming this is a modern "heritage" print, given the Japanese tag and great condition. That's ok with me though, such an awesome parka. I was wearing a black stocking cap for some serious Deer Hunter vibes, must have given me good luck.

Plus an REI Mountain Parka that I didn't cop at $25... L/XL and not a fit.

Nice old school outerwear! Had some luck with the Patagonia stuff myself today. Couldn't pass up a NWT RLX vest and Schott military wool jacket

Found two more at the next stop, 1998 and 2002 vintage. Love this stuff. All three are my size.

Cross Post from THE OFFICIAL CARS DISCOUNT / THRIFT & DIY QUESTIONS AND BRAGGING THREAD

If you don't love the 1980's and don't care about cars or are offended because this is too far Off Topic, don't click the Spoiler!

I am going to a car Auction in a couple weeks and they just added a 1982 Trans Am. But, its not just any Trans Am. It is a KITT re-creation from Knight Rider. I am not ashamed to admit that I want this car so bad it hurts. I mean come on, its KITT and the HOF!

    http://www.raleighclassic.com/used-Raleigh-1982-Pontiac-Trans+Am-Base-1G2AW87HXCN527472

"It has fully functional Knight Rider Scanner with remote to activate KITTs actual voice from the show with 15 responses through a PA speaker under the hood, fully functional and correct interactive dash with startup sequence just like the show, double din DVD/CD player with 2 LCD TVs with exterior camera view and graphics from the actual TV series"

Check out the pictures of the Interior! holy shit!
