After dropping an ungodly amount at the auto dealer, I needed some retail therapy. Managed to find a few decent things.

I found exactly the same Corneliani alpaca the other day... and then returned it when I realized it had a stain on the right lapel. Probably could've gotten it out but I plowed the store credit into a pair of Common Projects, so I think it worked out OK. Also, found this today. 38 S. Add another inch to each sleeve, and it'll be perfect for me. That said, tentatively available. [IMG]

It was missing the third button, and the other two were literally hanging off of about 6 inches of thread. Wasn't sure about it, but then I rooted around the inside pocket.
[IMG] Did a little sewing this afternoon. :nodding:

Marshalls, I love/hate you. If I had money to spend on myself, that's where I'd be.

This suit seemed cool, but not for $500 (retail was like $2200)

An entire rack of RLPL ties for $50 or $60 each

Sorry if the answer is obvious, but in the field right now, is this a good Kop for $20? [IMG]

I'm just going to go ahead and assume that that BB camelhair is not a 49r and that way neither of us has to worry about it anymore.

Holy fuck that's beautiful. You sure that's not 40R and available?

    --

On the Maurizio B, correct it's not worth $500. I've had a few of their pieces. Machine pick stitching, felt half canvas. Cut well -- think LBM 1911 or Boglioli, but more fashion forward short body and long arms. Great fabrics though. And lots of features like curtain waistband, contrast lining, faded finish on chinos, etc.
