Grenadine check, please? The lighter colored one is a vintage nordstrom, made in US, and to my untrained eyes looks more likely to be a gren.

    Thanks!

Long time since I had anything to brag here, but I found my first non-tie Brioni yesterday! Navy suit :slayer: in pretty much my size so I may keep it. Pants are NOT my size, so I'll have to have them majorly tailored, and the jacket would need work too. Looks like the guy started putting on weight (the trou actually have a section of added material for the waistbank in the back - all that would come out!)

About how old is this, based on the tag? I don't recognize anything as a date code, and definitely don't know Brioni tags well enough to know.

I also left behind my second ever Brioni at the orphanage where I found it. Mistake?
Clearly same guy, after he'd accepted the next stage of weight gain!

Ran back this morning when they opened. It was in the same spot I left it yesterday! A few stains but I think they'll come right out. [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Red wing warehouse sale last night...
Before everyone messages the shit out of me, most of these are already claimed by friends and family. I don't think I'll have time to go back this weekend, but I'll let the thread know if I do.

Couple of random things from the past 2 days.

Zara Man poplin trench. May keep, fits alright.

    H. Freeman & Sons bespoke suit. Dope pattern, dual vents, working cuffs. Fits about a 42-43

Nice score! The Sl-1700 is a great, reliable turntable. You did well. You should be able to get a replacement stylus from LPgear. http://www.lpgear.com I got one for my Shure (forget what model it was) a couple years ago. Worth investing if you've got a good cartridge and it sounds like you do. That "Eat a Peach" gatefold artwork is a trip. I want that in poster form so bad.
I've got some pretty killer fabrics besides this one. Pure cashmere, Super 150's with lapis lazuli, etc. @Patrologia, Brioni doesn't change their labels often but I believe they started using that style size/fabric label in the early 00's and still use it to date, as far as I know. They did recently change the style of the "Made in Italy" label near the collar, though. That suit looks pretty recent to me, style-wise. I'd grab the orphan as well. The pants may turn up. If not, Brioni orphans still sell.
