would like to see all these new shirt buyers actually wash their shirts and dry them before washing because it looks weird seeing brand new ocbds looking like raw jeans on dudes
Yeah, you're right about that, I was just excited to get it, haha. Here it is after a warm wash and a day of wear: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] Shrunk a bit in length, but not in the chest, which is great. Collar sits more naturally now too. Looks a lot better overall, I think.

I looked back through the last few pages but couldn't find the answer: What color(s) is the MA-1 available in for ordering?

Is it only going to be available in Gore-tex? I was hoping for something very similar the U.S. military issued MA-1 jacket.

Looks great. Still not sure how I feel about that pocket though. Prolly pick up the white once it drops.

    This looks sooo much better.
I'd decided I would never buy one from the previous pictures, but this has brought it back onto the radar. I just gotta sell some of my old shirts to make room.

small in j.crew & medium in Gitman Vintage--> Large in ToJ oxford?
(I could not go any smaller than the med gitman, but a large gitman is loose in the body)

What's the pricing on the ToJ peacoats? As I'm relatively new to SWD, how does their business model work? Is it MTO or do they have an online storefront w/ stock?

I'd probably go with a medium. Best way is to take measurements and compare them to the OCBD size chart, though.

Someone asked for a pic with the collar buttoned:

measurements on http://graphr.net/toj/ lead me to probably a medium, but I hav no idea how much shinkage will affect those measurements. Most of my shirts are 21" ptp, so if the medium shrank any in the chest it would be too small. Shoulder measurements seem small, but I figure I should just go by ptp measurements and trust in the ToJ pattern.
