I don't know if he has moleskins, but the peached cottons as warm as any other pants, tbh. I find trousers to be all mostly the same since they're usually in the 10-14oz territory.

Open weave tropical wool and linens will obviously be cooler wearing. I wouldn't wear those in the winter. And very heavy woolen flannel will be too warm for summer (say something above 14oz). But I can still wear 12oz flannel in the summer here in California (although I usually opt for something more open weave, more for looks than anything).

I'd say the peached cotton is more of a year-round material. Maybe good for, say, 40 to 90F degrees? Beloiw or above that, I would really opt for something else. Although, even in Moscow, where I lived for a while, I'd wear midweight flannels and jeans in the dead of winter. IME, warmth in that regard is more about wearing wool baselayers. There's a difference between 12 and 16 woolen flannel, but it's marginal.

There is quite the difference between Peached Cotton and the other two which is Basketweave and Cavalry Twill. Peached are 330G while the others are 520G. The difference in feel is quite substantial, while peached could be considered flimsy the other two are heavy and drape better imo (had all). As for the warmth, cotton is all the same to me, wear flannels in the winter is always the better choice in my opinion.

The tropicals are superb for dress up in summer, wore my tropicals from Stoffa in 30+C in Dubai which worked perfect.

I think it’s really nice to wear heavy trousers when transitioning from the office to picking up my daughter from daycare and hanging out on the playground in the winter, where -10c is not unusual. I have a pair of heavy moleskin trousers from Incotex which are great for this, and I’m really looking for an MTM option for a similar pair. Flannel isn’t the best choice for me since I tend to tear through them quickly, and they are quite expensive.

I am considering getting some base layer for next year, this winter was torture.

Being a fellow swede, I'd say the peached cottons are better for winter than the basket weave ones. The cavalry twill cottons are probably equally warm. In general, I'd say peached are 3 season pants here, I wouldn't wear them in the warmest summer days, but I tend to be quite warm anyway. I find the basket weaves let a lot more air through, making them wear a bit cooler, although I'm sure they'd work in winter time too.
I tend to wear through lighter flannels like Stòffas quite fast too, so for durability I tend to go for heaver British flannel. If you're looking for mtm options in Sweden, I'd recommend Saman Amel. Having said that, Stoffas flannels are gorgeous and a joy to wear, they are really comfy.

Saman Amel are my main guys, but they are quite expensive so I’ve been considering Stoffa for a while. In the end I’ll probably go with SA. Pricey, but they never disappoint.

Sounds like a plan. I still think peached cotton would be a great option for what you're thinking about though. The next trunk in march will be their last before fall, so if you wanna pull the trigger I recommend you book a slot.

I received an ice blue band shirt in November or so. The fabric is light and soft but not delicate, and beautifully but subtly variegated. The collar itself looked great -- I had been looking to try a band collar, but didn't want an in-your-face fashun version.

The extra thing I noticed having worn it more is the buttons are unique, lustrous two-hole mother-of-pearl. I couldn't get a photo that captured them well, so check them out at the trunk shows.

They are ready-to-wear, which surprised me at the trunk show. It wasn't that big of a deal, since it fit reasonably well, but for the price would have preferred being able to make a few adjustments.

Especially given the shrinkage :/ After two washes (cold, delicate, hang dry) the body shrunk at least two inches, at least compared to the measurements I see on the website. I'm going to catch up with stoffa at the next trunk show and see if I screwed something up, or mis-measured. They've been really accomidating in the past. The shrinkage makes the shirt cropped and vaguely feminine, but is not noticeable for anyone to have commented on.

^^I had the same experience with the same shirt. Fit perfectly, cold wash and hung to dry and shrunk noticeably. Now fits a bit tight and clearly short.

Does anyone have any experience with the flight jacket in cotton or linen? I quite like the look of the sand linen version from their previous Instagram posts but also the cotton in bone but I can’t find any images of this fabric/colour.

I asked about one of their previous campaigns (another member showed me, enabling my spending haha) and the fabric in question was never used or developed fully but those are the two cloesest fabrics/colours.

I have the flight in suede so I know my pattern etc it’s just a matter of the fabrics
