I’ve always paid postage on my items because I’ve never been able to pick up in person. Oddly enough, I paid $30 to have 2 fabric swatches shipped to me from NYC, which is the same price they charge to ship my items from London to Dublin.

I wouldn’t say this was a negative experience, but the lack of pricing on some of the services up front is confusing.

You are right actually, when I ordered a flight in linen last summer I did that remotely and did pay $25 postage.

With the first flight I think it seemed to be more a disconnect between what is discussed at trunk shows and how customer service interperet that which seemed relevant.

I did and the rep actually jumped into the email conversation to say that his advice was incorrect and Stoffa never offer that service

Wow... ok that’s quite surprising. I would at least have expected them to own up to their mistake and cover the cost this one time.

Just received my pique spread collar shirt that I ordered at the last trunk show back in January. They shipped it out of the factory in Italy to NY and then to me. This thing is perfect for lounging at the house, the pique is so nice and soft.

Went with the the sand color. Much prefer it to the ivory color but to each their own.

Have not washed it yet. A page or so back I mentioned they have washed versions of the shirts for try on at the trunk show. I normally wear a 52 in most things, and the washed version's sleeves are where I noticed the most shrinkage, but it wasn't drastic.

I debated sizing up to a 54 but I think the fit would have been too large even with the 2% shrinkage.

I went rtw, the only adjust I generally need in RTW is taking the waist in. If I'm WFH for the foreseeable future, I'm going to buy a few more of these, they are quite comfortable.

Yeah they’re easily the softest pique I’ve ever handled.

Agyesh tells me that there are more drops coming. One next week. I assume a few more after that, but it depends on when things can be safely photographed.

The glasses today look super cool. My favorite was also the slightly squared-off shape.

More drops with the same models? I haven’t quite figured out if they’ve split the same pairs to in several drops or different frames/products next time.

I love the idea, and I love the frames, I’m just hesitant putting down the cheese for something my toddler will grab at any chance and something so easily misplaced. But I have a sneaky feeling the pricier the better looked after.
