Wore my winter whites last night for the first time, very comfortable even in the Spanish evening temperatures, looking forward to wearing them more back home. I have the sand flannels, there are some pictures a few posts back.

I wore them in 27 Celsius yesterday, very comfortable, but it wasn't very humid, in case of humidity linen is probably preferable.

They're quite breathable considering they're water resistant, but I'd say the basket weave is more breezy. Best to check the fabrics out at a trunk and discuss with Agyesh.

I can't remember which collection the winter whites are a part of. I'd be trying to wear them in the DC summers which could be 80-90 with humidity.

I was just wondering what your experience was with them, & how they breath in the summer heat. I was thinking of making those my next commission for a fall / winter (sunnier winter days) / spring weight trouser.

Seems like the right answer for DC is the linen.

I've only worn mine once so far, but I intend to wear them all through spring, summer and fall when the weather allowes. From my short experience they breathe well.

They are part of the basketweave collection. For DC, probably linen or fresco (or equivalent).

Yes. That was my impression from talking to agyesh. I just need to move back to California & then I can wear them yearround. I opted for silver/gray linen for my first pair of trousers. I'm thinking the next pair will be winter white, but I guess they're more for fall-spring rather than yearround.

Did a fitting last Monday...Nick and Agyesh were awesome, and the product is mind-blowing in person. You can instantly tell how much hard work went into each piece. I will post pics when my stuff comes in.

Ask them, from my experience, I'd guess no. I asked them if they were planning to add a white linen & it seemed unlikely.

I think it's unlikely that Stoffa would do CMT for anything, as offering a very limited and focused range of colors and textures is a big part of Agyesh's vision for the brand.
