Find and build the future for you and let the finding a partner part work itself out.

I'm not even sure what it is that I want. That's the problem with the ultimate freedom, too many choices.

I had to go into the office to get my laptop fixed. No one was wearing masks except the security guard who was wearing it around her chin.

1 PM and I have attended a memorial service, worked on a volunteer project*, and gone to Whole Foods. I’m done.

* we’re building out a new recruiting portal for the association of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and the project goes live in a few days.

Styfo teachers and spouses of teachers, a cautionary tale. One of my kids just lost a subject teacher who tried to screen share instructional material on Zoom and inadvertently instead (or maybe, also?) shared private messages with another teacher containing personal information about one of the students in the class. Result -- one year leave of absence for teacher and quite upset kid, who liked them and thinks it's rather harsh. Must say I agree, although I don't know if the messages were disparaging. That might put another complexion on it.

I attended a memorial on Zoom over the weekend that was interrupted by someone accidentally screensharing their phone with “PornHub Categories” prominently displayed on their app list. Fortunately it wasn’t open at the time.
