For the sports that I like to do, it's important to be able to use your body asymmetrically and stabilize without the benefit of a counterweight, and dumbbells and kettlebells are especiallly good for that. Lol i take conf calls while in shower all the time. I have a few standing calls in the mornings that I am mainly just listening in. When a question comes up that needs my input it takes me a few seconds to dry my hand and unmute. Pro tip: have a camera cover or turn the laptop around in case you accidentally turn on the video. Also applies to when taking calls on the can.
