Please join me in reporting this loathsome POS peddling fake RRL goods on eBay:

Isn't that coat just this new FW 2019 coat?

If I'm wrong, I'll eat crow. But I've been told by a few RRL sources, including a designer, that it's more than likely fake.

Either way, it’s certaimly nothing compared to the shearling western jacket of last year. This year’s looks frumpy in the pocket design and should drop - plus the contrasting western shoulder color - no thank you - easy pass.

Here's a few photos of some things I couldn't wait to get my hands on. I posted more of my haul on my IG: rrl_obsession

Here's the items I got and what I thought of each:
1. New favorite--thick cotton and beautiful design (fits slightly relaxed

2. Love the colors on this one. Fits slim but I ordered my true size

3. Not much of a fan of this one. Doesn't look like the photos, check pattern is too big and fit is boxy

4. Beautiful color patter here--looks as good as photos and feels even better

Incoming: RRL Turner Shearling Bomber.

I didn't know the allure of RRL's full shearling tight nap until I got the shearling western shirt -- so now I somehow needed this.

I stalked it on eBay for months -- and finally saved enough to pull the trigger.

More when she arrives. This jacket is so much more functional than the many overdone schott / aero / polo B2s that I've seen -- definitely an art-form, that can be worn without looking like you're trying too hard. The shearling on the others makes them look stiff and movement-inhibiting.

As always, the attention to detail = perfect.
