Nice fit pics. Which style and finish is the shirt on the first fit pic? Is it the Denim Western Sport Shirt in the light wash or rinse wash? Or is it the Light Chambray Buffalo Western in light wash? Also does the military cardigan run big or TTS? Thanks.

I like the Ranch Fit on you. Do you find the rise ok? Just curious your height, weight and waist size you chose. Also have you tried anything in Boy Fit?

It's the western sport shirt in light wash and the cardigan is an XS, but it fits like a S.

I recently got my first pair of RRL jeans and god they are vanity sized... the waist of a size 33 measures 35'', so they were too big and I ordered a 32. They are really nice, though.

Is anyone here interested in a pair of BNWT W33 L34 Low Straights in Spring Creek 2 wash? Selling for 80 pounds/95 euro (plus 8/10 shipping), sweet deal if you live in EU, as they are hard to find over here, you won't have to worry about customs, shipping costs are smaller and they'll arrive quickly. I'm taking a loss on these.

Can anyone tell me how the outlaw selvedge jeans stretch? I bought a pair of black outlaw RRLs and I like the fit except the crotch is a little tight. I can button all the buttons fine and not be too uncomfortable, but I'm hoping there's a little bit of stretching that accompanies them. Does anyone know? I've been looking through the thread and can't seem to find anything.

It's high quality because it's real. You realize RRL has made those tags in the past right? I've sold leather trimmed puffer vests in the past that look identical to that one, right down to the snap fasteners. A quick check of the fb reveals that seller sells other real RRL pieces for high prices.
ORLY? Because when I look at the RRL stuff listed by seller annayounglady, it sure looks fake to me. Yeah I have seen that specific RRL label before - didn't it originate in the Summit collection? But still, vest looks fake, shirts look fake. Or was this shirt from the 'TJ Maxx Denver' collection?

I noticed that seller as well.

Most of the stuffs he sells have no tags and I have never seen those printed T-shirts ever.

And I saw that vest's RRL label before, it used on Grand Canyon collection if memory serves.

Here are some example(I do not have any connections with these listings)

http://www.ebay.com/itm/495-RALPH-L...7?pt=US_CSA_MWA_Backpacks&hash=item4d08c9ac77

http://www.ebay.com/itm/390-Nwt-RRL...293226?pt=US_CSA_MC_Vests&hash=item2c64e50b2a

http://www.ebay.com/itm/790-Ralph-L...29?pt=US_CSA_MC_Outerwear&hash=item2a170f54b9

And If you check the listings from seller annayounglady, plastic tag attacher is black. I've never seen RRL using black hang tag attacher. And Union Made label looks printed.

If you go to Taobao, you can find fake RRLS

RRL belt made in Vietnam?

I've seen Made in USA, China, Italy. But NOT Vietnam.

I'm not saying this belt is not fake, but I recently saw a Made in India RRL shirt in a Ralph Lauren store. And they once did Sri Lanka, too. So I wouldn't be shocked to see Made in Vietnam.

The Taobao prices sure are cheap. I don't speak Chinese, but I wonder if the listings are trying to pass them off as real, or if they admit they are replicas.

..Speaking of TJMaxx, mine regularly receives RRL shirts and outerwear for $39-$59. Must be all fakes though...

Stu, what do you make of this?

I've never seen fakers printing their own UPC tags... it's just not worth the trouble. The stuff on the Chinese sites is cheap, but that doesn't automatically make it fake. The shoes and last jacket clearly look fake, but the vest looks authentic. The listing is also quite professional looking. Like ebay there are fake sellers and real sellers of designer clothing on taobao.

I'm chalking this up to either older deadstock, or one off pieces made for the Asian/JP market.

However you may purchase the real vest and receive something fake or completely different. Chinese sites often use photographs they steal from manufacturer or legit vendor and once you buy they ship the knock off. Photos mean nothing if the seller isn't reputable.

I've recently sold something that was made in Bolivia. You can add that to the list of obscure countries RRL is manufactured.
