Hello all. I've been following this thread for a while now for inspiration and have been buying some RRL products since the start of the year. During the current sale, I bought a couple of shirts, amongst which the one on the picture below.

All my shirts are size M (175/96A on the back of the label), and strangely enough, this shirt is labeled LG (180/100A). Customer service says it is a true M, but just because it fits a bit larger, the different sizes are on the label.

Has anyone had something like this happen before with RRL? I'm from the Netherlands and have bought all my shirts from the official RL website.

That sounds like a CS rep trying to make you go away.
I'd be amazed if a CS rep had any special insight into how that specific shirt fits and that it's anything besides they sent you a Large instead of the Medium you ordered.

Thank you both for the quick answer. The price tag did say M, only the label in the shirt said L. I found it hard to believe, hence my question here. I'll order another M and hope that it is a real medium. It is a very nice shirt besides the sizing.

I’ll try this again, please…

I think these are the same ones I bought from the Houston RL earlier this year. Bought them because I was no longer working any near raws, and just wanted something a little darker without pre-distressing or wash. I actually like them. The denim is nice and tough, the cut is flattering, and they are pretty simple, no bullshit jeans. I did notice some of the washed denim has seemed a little on the cheaper feeling/looking side compared to 5+ years ago, but the ones you linked are pretty solid
