No I was saying the black one from winter 2020 was made in India. I like that new brown one though. Don’t need another but that hasn’t stopped me before.

I would say the first one. There are plenty of places to get a denim cowboy shirt (and for less). Significantly fewer places to get something like your first choice.

I don't know, the subtle pattern on the western has got me. Might be picking these both up come sale time

I know a bunch of vintagers who know Doug and the topic sometimes comes up …. surely Doug has got to retire someday ….. no? A recent IG photo of Doug and Jon at a Southwest antique show

I ran into them at the Southwest Antique Show in Albuquerque (The first show of this years Native American antiques and arts shows in ABQ and Santa Fe). They shopped Friday and finished on Saturday afternoon walking out with multiple, very large canvas bags filled with vintage Navajo cuffs, necklaces, pins and assorted vintage items. As you can imagine, the dealers are always happy to see them. They all want to say, "I sell to Ralph Lauren" and often hold back special pieces to give Doug first dibs. They have an eye for quality and really score great pieces.

I bought the first one, color wise it’s very similar to the pic. It is very soft and heavy— it might be worth waiting until the sale because the weather will actually be appropriate for it!
