I was not able to find anything online on these jodhpurs, is it an older pair and are they even authentic?

Agree. No one is going to counterfeit those.I doubt anyone would try to counterfeit that one
I don't remember who does the more "dressy" shoe for RRL but if you show the inner tag it should correspond to one of the better known UK manufacture.

I really fancy these two:
But with the fleece i have no ideas what to wear it with in the winter, could it act like a coat with say a jumper under or as a jumper with say a coat on top!!!!! I'm thinking raw selvage ironheart jeans and some white high tops but not sure what to else to wear it with
I don't remember who made them, but I really wanted them when they came out (2010? 2011? sometime around then) and they were unwearable. Because of how they were cut, I couldn't even fit my foot into them. It was like they were too narrow where your foot would have to turn into the toe box for a normal sized foot to make that turn. Like a shoe for a doll. I was so sad. I didn't matter what size I tried ... going larger didn't seem to matter. My understanding is that very few were able to fit into them so they did not sell well.I doubt anyone would try to counterfeit that one

Yeah Carmina is a good choice for jodhpurs.jodphur is pretty popular style, if that's what you want I'm sure you could find alternative close enough
