1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Thats good to know. I want to be able to wear it over a few layers so that should work out well for me then. The repro WWII one I just sold measured about 21" in the chest and it was a bit too small to wear with anything other than a simple button down underneath.

Just to add to whats already been said, thats the Redon jacket from SS13 and I too sized down from a L to a M. Was perfect in the summer as a lightweight jacket in the evening and I've worn it as a layering piece a couple of times this winter too.

The Gap had a really nice shawl collar fleece indigo cardigan I got last season. Its not on their site anymore though. They did a whole indigo collection that wasnt at all back. I got a crew neck sweatshirt, and a henley as well. Usually the Gap is pure trash but I was killing time one day and happened to see it.

Stupid question. I've only ever worn slim fits. Just bought a pair of low straights for the hell of it to try out.
What are the main differences? I'm a 28, and the waist, rise, and leg opening measurements seem to be the same for both a 28 in slims and a 28 in low straights.

Just confused because if the leg opening of a slim fit (for me) is 7" and they are tapered, why would the leg opening of the straights be the same? That almost seems like they would be slimmer throughout for some reason.
I know they aren't...just curious if there were any inconsistencies.

    I'll find out soon ;)

The slims are supposed to be slimmer and more tapered than the low straights but in reality the sizing between different washes and fits varies a lot with RRL. I also have low straights that fit the same as slim fits while others are noticeably roomier, all in the same tagged size.
