Snapped some pictures of the holiday rigs for RRL. I know it is sometimes helpful to give you guys ideas on how to rig things. The photos are a bit washed out, because the lighting in the store doesn't aid well to photographs.

I'm gonna send them back. they're a bit big in the waist to start, and I can tell they're gonna stretch at least an inch. sometimes RRL sizing is so wonky.. I can fit a 31 in the raws, I guess a 31 in these, but for some cuts a 33 is too tight !

I have the shaker cardigan from last winter in navy - it's the same as the black one online right now. It's good - heavy, hasn't really pilled (although I got it late in the season last winter, so probably only worn a few times). It feels like pretty standard wool, like any kind of heavy sweater. It certainly isn't cashmere soft or even as soft was merino.

Anyone tried on the Morgan Plaid Wool Jacket? How does it fit? Thickness and feel of wool?

I thought I would share some photos of my RRL raw Wrangler repros. I apologize for the poor quality of these photos. These are a couple of years old, and unrinsed/unwashed. Go ahead and wince you namby-pambies.

What is most striking to me is how long it has taken to even get the wear I have to be noticeable. I have a brand new pair of the same jeans in a sealed bag. At some point, I will do a better photo with the new pair for contrast. I really love the Wrangler repros, but they are made from some stiff and sturdy denim as these still have a long way yet to go.

The RRL sale section on the site keeps putting back items I wanted that were sold out before...Is that normal? killin me without the kicker now though haha.

It's real.... not sure why you would second guess whether it is.
