The other one with the leather handle and trim is much better in my opinion. There is a bag identical except instead of denim it is a antiqued white color. The bag is based off a 1930s "Banker's" bag. Both bags are very cool in person and have a nice age to the leather.

I don't think you will fit into their clothes man unless you have short arms or torso. I tried on some RRL shirts in medium and they were too loose for my taste. I tried on the small and the sleeves and length were a little too short. I'm 6' and have a 40" chest.

RKD, I've also seen the bag in person and it's pretty cool. Has all the details one would expect from a RRL. I ended up just getting the loafers because there are too many things I like but don't really need. Bags, shirts, etc are prime examples of this. I'm kinds filsoned out and I have yet to take the tags off of some shirts from a few months ago

I don't like the combination of the handles and shoulder strap. The handles stay erect when using the strap

Can someone size M or L who's picked up the Aran Shawl cardigan or any medium weight shawl cardigan from this season please provide a pit to pit and shoulder to shoulder? I got some measurements from RL but the large gap in sizing is making me think there was some error. I have a cotton/linen Kon-Tiki shawl in size L that measures only 21 1/2 p2p so the 23 1/4 p2p seems unusually big. Is the larger p2p to account for the thickness of the knit?

    Medium
    Armpit to Armpit: 20 1/2"
    Shoulder to Shoulder: 19 1/2"
    Collar to Hem: 26 3/4"
    Sleeve Length: 33"

    Large
    Armpit to Armpit: 23 1/4"
    Shoulder to Shoulder: 19 3/4"
    Collar to Hem: 27 3/4"
    Sleeve Length: 33 1/2"

Nearly a 6" chest difference between M and L... :eh:

Shit, hell naw. I wish, man. haha.
It's a pic of the shirt on Esquire.

    I don't think I'm selling it anymore.
My girlfriend made a really good point:
instead of selling my shit, I should just stop buying stuff. :nodding:

Grabbed the Lindricks, NAMOR's photo sent me into the Lauren store in Paris, and caressing them broke the last of my resolve..

LOL I have a code now, I'm thinking about "vintage pink" chambray and the dobby farrell work shirt.

the dobby farrell is a cool shirt....looked at that in NYC but couldn't pull the trigger. Will probably pick up now with the sale, just trying to decide what else I might need.

How does it feel? Was it a thinner or thicker shirt?

It's a thinner shirt, but I liked the fabric in person a lot. One of those shirts I would wear all year long I think.

75 replies damn taht's a lot to read after a night at the bars.

RKD, I'm picking up a chambray tmrw morning when sober. Did you like the grey? Trying to decide grey or blue. Also what's the weight on it?

And for the grey henley, do you think it's worth the ~$75? I like the look but not sure about how it feels.

    Thanks

I'm wondering on the weight too.
A heavier shirt makes me feel like I'm paying for something better. :satisfied:
