Don't know if anyone saw this but VIPRLRGB will get you 50% off RRL on ralphlauren.com right now.
LOL, even with that code I still can't afford any of the RRL stuff I want.
It seems that none of the RRL shirts on the website are selvedge, even the chambrays. Have they stopped doing selvedge shirts?
Also: what is the selvedge line color of the "new black on black" jean on the website? I'm looking for the black slim fit jean I saw at Barneys in March 2010 that had a white selvedge line.
This is what I'm after & claims to be "black on black" but this auction is also a "black on black" jean with an overdyed selvedge line. Confused...
why does the RRL website not list any 28x 34 in any pants? did they stop making the longer lengths for smaller sizes this season? i thought this was always a staple size
and whats the main difference between Rigid and Once Washed other than the obvious from the name? will they fade any differently? wondering why once washed is 230 while rigid is 220
Did this code actually work?Just tried it, got a 'no longer valid' notice.
Reports of it just dying. Cow-orker just tried it and got rejected.
It worked for me at 7:04 pdt.
^ It did work about 30 minutes ago. Not working now unfortunately - I wasn't speedy enough in my decision making either.
too many guys probably used it at once. i grabbed a RRL peacoat and chambray so hopefully it goes through
According to the SA, Rigid is "raw" in the traditional sense. Once Wash is they soak it in water and baked it afterwards, though color is still the same, no uneven distribution, no fading. Once wash do feel a bit softer than Rigid in person. SA also says if you wear Rigid for 3 month, and wash it, it will be like Once Wash. Now my question would be what's the difference between once wash and rinse...
thank you sir, very helpful
Worked for me 5 minutes ago!
Have both. The one wash is softer and more comfortable. It stretches out pretty quickly and fades a bit faster than the rigid. The rigids are more stubborn and creases set in a lot sharper. Fading seems to take longer. I haven't had either long enough to comment on final fading but I assume one-wash will end up with a more vintage-type fade and rigid will be a little more dramatic. Once wash shouldn't shrink much while I think rigid will shrink a bit more when it finally hits water.
I think rince and one wash are the same thing.
Awesome, hope it still works on payday!
