Webdesign better be improved otherwise no one is going to shop.
It is so hard to browse, fu(k.
yeah.. I just want something simple...all this flash nonsense is killing it.
I know this must just be psychological, but oddly the pictures don't get me very excited about the clothes. They seem to look just like any of the other Polo clothing on the site. There is something about only seeing the items on display in a store, in fancy publicity stills, or even on ebay that makes them look so much better. Maybe it's just the scarcity factor that seems to have gone away.
You know they spent many hours/money trying to come up with a website fitting with the 'brand image'
It looks like they tried too hard. I bet it is not an easy task to come up with a awesome website for RRL. If you have ever been to the NYC, Hamptons, Melrose stores you will understand why.
You know, when you are at B&M store and you feel the garment, details, etc. But this online launch just make their line expensive Polo and you can actually compare with Polo in terms of color/pattern.
I think RRL is kind of brand that should have their B&M only, because of its concept that can't be expressed on online.
Will see how it goes on next quarter's earning report.
Buckle back selvedge chino
i want these badly. $240 is steep though :/
+1 on both counts.
Look a little slim in the thigh though. Anybody own these on here and know how the fit is?
you take one pant leg, I take the other? i prefer the left one
Ugh, it's so tedious looking through the RRL site but at the same time it's nice to be able to look at some of the denim washes. Too bad their size/fit guide doesn't work, I was curious to see how they would handle that since their pant sizing is all over the place. If they put up actual measurements for their items it would've been so awesome.
Lots of nice stuff, like the free shipping over $195..
Fair Isle v-neck, cardigan, and Aran shawl are all great looking and fairly priced I think.
Chambray work shirt might be my first purchase.
Bags look nice, some too pricey, some fairly priced.
I like (love) how the price of the leather zip wallet contradicts the majority of those wallets' pricing on ebay.
Finally, immediate access to the straight leg jeans.
Question: do the straight leg jeans not come in raw, only rinsed?
Isn't the seller an sf member?
Anyway, I had a pair of these that were way slim in the thigh - I could not wear them. The ones I had were distressed, so not sure if they are the same or not.
what was the tagged size? were they slim-fit narrow?
Tagged 33x34; I take a 32 tagged in straights. These were slim-fit narrow feeling.
