What year is that from?
You can see it here. I don't know what year but I assume AW10.
I wanna ravage that hobo hottie. WTF is she doing with her hands?
^slipping out of that sweater
if anyone can help me track down a pair of RRL slim fits in one wash (sz 29), i would be eternally grateful. searching SF, Superfuture, and ebay has proven fruitless..
not true..............go to a competent tailor. I guarantee you will not know the difference unless you were told.
The consensus is pretty split everywhere I've looked - here too. I guess I'll never know til I try it. Maybe I'll guinea pig some old Gap bootcuts or some other stuff I"ll never wear getting one leg done and leaving the other, and gauge the difference...find out without ruining the beauty that is my RRL slim fit greys.
Even with a competent tailor you can tell. You might not be able to see it right away but that extra little fold of fabric does affect the way it drapes.
yeah, think of it as a hem inside a hem. it probably won't be as noticeable on a bootcut as a slim jean, though, and will affect the look more than having a normal hem on a distressed jean (which nobody will notice, anyways).
and the slim fit greys....do they even have a distressed hem? why not just get them hemmed the normal way? besides, the hem will get trashed pretty quickly if you're concerned about it matching.
I guess it didn't occur to me to check on Amazon for RRL. Seems there may be a couple of interesting deals but most of it seems a little overpriced and just another outlet for that Blue Present fellow.
Yeah, the slim fit greys are distressed hems and they look fantastic, part of the appeal of them. The jeans themselves look authentically like I've owned them for 10 years. So just lopping off the originals would make them pretty incongruent.
Can we get a photo of these hems please?
What's going on with the back leather label on these?
Yeah, I'll take a couple pics when I get home later.
When do they time sales? Or is RRL kinda always on sale?
Separate names with a comma.
