I would have looked at it and thought it must be part of a tux, but it's also clear it's not really a "tux" (given other pattern) so I guess goes to who cares, but what do you plan to pair though?

In cooler months, I would pair it with a dressy black cashmere v-neck sweater, tucked in. In warmer months (but probably never in summer), just the basic black western shirt. I just don't want it to look like, "Hey, where's the jacket?"

I don’t want to sell, but measurements for Large are 48 inches pit to pit, 28 from base of collar, sleeves 36 from center back. Sleeves are long.

Sorry man I chuckled out loud seeing that.
I did too. This was about in line with my expectations.

You know, I'd just keep them at this point (even without my beloved yellow tint) but sadly these are as tight as the other ones. The 2017 iterations must have been way less vanity sized. Or they've also been washed/dried. Being 7 years old, who knows where they've been.

Genuinely, they fit like slims. They do NOT fit like straights in this or any universe. I have chicken legs and they're tight as hell.
