Is there a way to get a daily email from this thread rather than a email notification every time there's a new post?

I hate that the site defaults to emailing you every time there is a new post in a thread you are active in. The first thing I do when I post in a thread I haven't posted to before is to "unwatch" it.

I just turned off watched thread emails.

Are we able to purchase from the US if we are shopping off the EU or NL side of it? I too like that fleece jacket!
I don't think that is possible. At least, all my attempts to purchase from the US website (and have the items shipped to my US locker) have been unsuccessful. VPNs don't work either, so my best guess is, Ralph Lauren declines payment cards with an address outside of the US.

However, I am sure this item will be in stock on the US website soon. I don't know why the Netherlands/EU gets the items (and sometimes sales) before you guys do ; RRL isn't that popular here ... and it's literally an American brand. Probably logistics.

I noticed that as well where EU seems to get the new items first before the U.S. There has to be a reason for that, lol. I will hold out and check in every once in awhile!

If you *reallly* want to be one of the first to get that in the US, you could try calling around to Ralph stores. The stores often get stuff before it shows up online.

I had such a bad experience calling the RRL store in D.C. They basically acted dumb, said a product I was looking for a few months ago did not exist (gave them the item code off the website), said they would check their backroom and call back. The callback never happened and then the way the person just acted very "I don't care" tone was off-putting.

Do you have any RRL store recommendations/sales reps? I know it's kind of fishing for your connections so won't push if you're not interested in divulging.

I guess it's a mixed bag, but customer service just feels very lacking lately across a lot of fashion industries. I don't blame them if they're not getting paid semi reasonably and held to unreasonable sales goals, or if they only want to cater to the high dollar spending customers. For the time spent dealing with that, I would rather just buy it off the ecommerce site.

it used be the London RL guys would ship I think they don't do that anymore, or at least my last try a few years doesn't (some new policy maybe)

Same experience with the "customer" services online for US and EU.

Also last season I asked St Germain store in Paris, where I am a customer since I live in Paris, to tell me if the LE Jean in light blue would be made in 38x34 as my size never showed up on EU / US website. They ended up saying most likely no after several days. I ended up buying it online in 38x32 full price to make sure I secured at least that just to see it pop in 38x34 like 1 or 2 months after on the US website.

Seriously...for a 500 euros jean limited to 1000 pces, who can explain they are not able to have a guy reply within 24h if the whole production was delivered or not, and redirect it to a customer who express the will to buy it in Europe instead of blindly shipping it to the US ?

I’ve always had good experiences from the folks at the Las Vegas store in Ceasars Palace but I’ve been shopping there in person for years. Believe it or not, I don’t buy a whole lot of stuff in store and mostly buy online. TBH, I’d just wait for that jacket to show up online.
