Those are the Brunel boots.

Those aren't Brunels.
Brunel has 5 eyelets, 3 hooks, then a top eyelet and is on a white neoprene sole. There's the similar style Clifton which has 2 eyelets on a black neoprene sole.

i just looked them up and you are right, they are Belloq, thanks a lot.Description says they are made in Nebraska.
