Yesterday I got an email from RL customer service that the RRL indigo mesh embroidered shirt that I wanted but was sold out online was available at one of the stores and asking if I was still interested and would like a salesperson to contact me. I emailed them back maybe 20 minutes after they first emailed them know I did indeed want the shirt... and then radio silence.
I'm thinking maybe I was too slow and somebody else grabbed it in the interim.
