FFS. The 32x34 natural field chinos are, of course, huge on me. They're 34" in the waist, as expected, not 32" like Jay at West Broadway told me. How hard is it to whip out a tape measure for five seconds?

Anyone interested in them at cost before I attempt to mail them back across the country for a return? :fu:

Are they too big elsewhere (beyond just the waist) to make it worth getting them altered by a tailor? I would think the busted-seam construction would make it pretty easy to get them taken in.

They actually seem fairly big all around, compared to my 30x34 selvage officer chino. I have a pair of 31x32 on the way, and those I'd be willing to have the waist taken in on if needed.

Oh weird, looks like RRL shipping facility is the same as Club Monaco and some others. Only like 1 hour away from me.

Even if you live down the street, selecting $5 shipping (on clearance) will result in your order probably getting cancelled or pushed back days before it even leaves the warehouse. If it ships same or next day consider yourself lucky.

True to size and consistent with all other Ralph Lauren footwear. Definitely not wide.

Thank you! Hard to tell about the fit as there are limited pictures to be found.

Thanks! Super helpful as usual.
Sorry I'm not here to flog worthless crap in my signature every few weeks. Seriously "RRL aesthetic" to you means any flimsy mass produced shirt that has dot print and long sleeves?

RRL is about accurate historical archives, quality fabrics (such as discharge print indigo cloth, herringbone jaspé, and many others) and perhaps most importantly, exclusivity (small number of stores and suppliers.) All this talk about "aesthetics" just makes you sound like an ignorant misc-er.

Am I being super helpful now?

i just bought a pair...guess we'll see

I got my pair and they are heavy. Won't be wearing them until fall but a great shade of grey to match color #8.
