1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Is there a difference between the heritage twill western and the normal twill western. I see that the heritage says japanese pearl and has no stitching on the pocket.

But is one a slimmer fit than the other?

Yes I did see it, chocolate is the darkest color in the marled pattern but the contrast with the lighter yarn brightens it up quite a bit. So if your expecting a dark chocolate its not quite there... It is a great cardigan regardless.

Oops! Industrie Denim's stack of Spring 2014's sulphur-dyed low straights shows that it doesn't pay to leave these jeans in direct sunlight... looks like a psychotic reaction going on with that wash:

I'm thinking of buying the one of the RRL oxford sport shirts on sale. Is it worth it at 100+ or are there better oxford shirts at that price point. I need a slim fit. I'm kind of skinny.

does anyone know if you can return RRL merchandise to a Polo Ralph Lauren store? I don't really want to travel back into the city to make a return if I have a polo store near by. The black sulfur dyed low straights I bought are really digging into my nether region

Picked up the Davis suede jacket. Jacket is cool. Very heavy suede. Kind of funky but not unpleasant leather smell.

Measurements for it on the JP site are messed up.
I ordered an XL since I had recently got the Knowles in that size.
Next day someone mentioned that JP site has measurements for some things so I checked it.
Based on what they had listed, I should have ordered an L so I ordered an L too.

Today the XL shows and it fits fine. I checked the measurements and they match up to the JP site size L.

It's funny because he wasn't a professional - SI did a pictorial spread that week (this was back in the 80's) on California's outdoor recreational sports. Nobody in the story was named, including my friend on the cover. I'm not sure if there has been another SI cover photo where the subject wasn't identified. Also not sure if anyone can tell be he's not surfing, he's skimboarding, which is very big in my hometown (Laguna).
