idk what you guys would consider to be student budgets but honestly everything in my staple "rick" wardrobe totalled up to $3000ish~

(the prices i paid for them in usd)

    high neck intarsia - $650
    heavy cotton pods - $300
    memphis jeans - $700
    drop crotch cargos - $300
    geobaskets - $620
    twisted zip creepers - $ 480

i wear american apparel and uniqlo tees 99% of the time since they fit me really well.

i have more rick stuff but they're rarely worn as i wear these items the most.

it really doesn't seem so bad? i mean i wear this stuff on a daily basis so whether i'm getting enough use out of them is hardly questionable. if i bought everything at retail it'd be scary though lol

I like the sleek look of the springblade sneakers, but I am afraid I will be digging out pebbles, rocks and gum out of the springs if you walk on streets.

I'm planning on wearing only RO during the day when I'm in London for two weeks next month. Am I going to have issues with my attire while there? Aka will I get turned away for wearing sweats or shorts, a tee, Geos/Nikes, and potentially a jacket from restaurants, pubs, and/or cigar bars?

    Thanks

    Sounds like a typical shoe.

krish depends where you go obviously. i cant think of any pubs thatll turn you down unless they're incredibly conservative. youll be fine in all of central london, which is where i live. if youre in pods and beat up sneaks, youll get dirty looks if you try to go into conservative high end restaurants and the like, but that's just like anywhere i guess.
for the most part, london is a very liberal city and i both see and wear relatively ridiculous things all the time.
dont worry about it at all. maybe bring a blazer and trousers if you want to go to dinner at a really nice place, but other than that youre good.

Any places besides Barneys that sells that stooges jacket / bag in calf? It looks like most of the places are carrying the lamb version or are they the same?

EDIT. okay, maybe the one at barneys is also lamb...but more of a hammered/distressed/washed lamb? It looks different than the other ones and at a different price point too (more expensive)

So I ordered a pair of pods, knowing they're the FW version, but didn't expect the fleece to be so thick and sturdy, wish my prisoners were the felpa version. But now I'm thinking of returning the shorts cuz what's the point of wearing thick shorts in the summer.

    Pretty slim. 46 = XS, 48 = S, 50 = M, 52 = L
