1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Yeah, that's true. But it did deprive the Niners of a win they were expected to get. It didn't deprive the Rams of a win they were expected to get.

In an interesting bit of trivia, not only did marcus trufant (seahaws) and another trufant (jets) play each other today at centurylink field, but last night Desmond Trufant (Washington Huskies) played there as well!

^^ Smitty's going to be a backup sometime during his contract. If Kaepernick plays like he did in the 2nd, ain't nobody goin' to ever call him a game manager.

Pittsburgh-Kansas City is a whole lot more exciting than I thought it would be.

Statistically insane game, but far from RG3's best. Two long TD passes (one wide open, one a lucky catch in double coverage) accounted for over half of his passing yards. Griffin looks like he's holding on to the ball too long when he drops back to pass. I don't know if it's the receivers not getting open, RG3 not finding them, or the o-line not giving him enough time.

Yes, I realize I'm seeing the glass as 1/10 empty. :D
