Seahawks is one of the more underrated teams , who don't get enough attention(other than that GB game). and russell wilson's been doing pretty great for his rookie year. not explosive statwise or the publicity that andrew luck or rg3 gets, but the seahawks

not so great on fantasy though.

Wilson was great in college, but I really didn't see him playing this well as a rookie. Really, it's amazing how well rookie QBs in general are playing these days. It wasn't that long ago that a rookie was expected to sit on the bench for 3 seasons before they started.

For the most part, QB's that are taken in the first half of round 1 are expected to start for their respective moribund teams. And I don't think the rookies are doing all that well. RG3 is doing great, Luck is doing okay given the circumstances, Wilson is doing soso, Tannehill is stuggling and Weeden is beyond awful.

Teams are lessening the learning curve by incorporating concepts popular in college football, most notably the spread formation. The Redskins look like they've adopted half of the Baylor playbook.

Tannehill has looked good the past two weeks. Wilson looked good yesterday. Even Weeden won yesterday. I think this class of quarterbacks may be the best one since 1983.

I'm a big Russell Wilson fan because he has a tremendous football IQ and I think he will be an NFL star, a Drew Brees-lite. The geniuses doing the drafting downgraded him because he's only about 5'10" and we all know that quarterbacks have to be at least 6'3" to be successful in the NFL. Just ask the guys who drafted Ryan Leaf.

Life is ironic. I completely overmanaged my fantasy team this week (sat Dez Bryant, started Luck after one good game last week, forgot to spot start my defense and left Minnesota in there to get shelled), and found myself down by 32 points going into Sunday night. He had no more players, I had Jordy Nelson. I already thought I was done, and then Jordy singlehandledly brings me to within half a point in less than 3 quarters. Well, I end up losing the week by half a point. Now I know how the cowboys feel in real life :D

Things are looking brighter for the Broncos right now. I hope they can sustain it.
