Yes in my experience, I’m a 30 in Cast 2 and picked up a 28 in Cast 1. Obviously the Cast 1 is a lot roomier in the size.

I haven’t even opened them. But as jbad28 mentioned he sized down 2x to achieve a slimmer fit. I wasnt going to both trying since everyone already said they were big.
