I'll probably get flamed for this, but I used to love Banana Republic, and the "greige" palette of their clothing works pretty well for DC business casual.

Yeah HR told me they're essentially all teleworking rn with few instances of people going into office here and there. Sounds like there is some variability and I'll wait it out and see what my office is like
Good call (after you get a Navy blazer...;))

Speaking of Navy sport coats, I scored this new Brioni in 52L/42L for a steal. Back length is 32 whereas "long" for Zegna and Canali is usually around 31-31.5. Shoulders fit very well. Does this look too long? I think it's fine, just a bit longer than a lot of my stuff.

What do you guys think? Teleworking today so no dress shirt to judge sleeves. Will bring in waist a bit if I keep it.

It looks OK to me from this perspective however having a full body photo may give a better sense of proportions.

Yeah, good point. I'll try that.

Ok, it's Brioni so it's probably super nice, but this thing might photograph terribly because it reads real "guy who yells at waiters" right now. Looks kinda like denim? The button point seems kinda weird for the length? I'd pass based on only this picture, but I would also not make a decision based only on this picture.

Buttoning point seem a hair high. It was listed as "Blue Wool Silk Static Woven." Also, I am very nice to waiters in general, hot waitresses even more so.
