I have bought a pile of stuff from them over the past year or so. 100% legit and a sponsor here on SF.

EDIT: items are on auction and those I posted just went online last night. Prices will get higher.

I just rode a popular Metrobus route (42 going north from Metro Center) and the bus was packed. As in most of the seats were filled and people were standing. Obviously no social distancing. I recommend against Metrobus if at all possible.

Damn, good to know. I'm going to be visiting some elderly relatives next weekend in upstate NY and it's been requested that I not be around anyone until then. So definitely no bus riding for me.

I’m in the office all next week. Usually cycle but I think it’s supposed to be pouring rain. Hope Metro is not that packed!

Metrorail is probably fine. It has been the few times I have ridden it. The 42 is a very popular line because it services Farragut Square, Dupont Circle, Adams Morgan, and Mount Pleasant. Other less popular bus routes might be okay.

I've driven in from Rockville every other Monday at around 10am. it's taken 35 minutes to downtown, which is like on weekends. Diving home at 5pm hasn't been much different. No rush hour evening traffic.

Was it free? I heard that here in Arlington metrobuses are free. They've put a partition between the bus driver and the passengers. All passengers enter at the middle rear door. That's what I've heard, but haven't confirmed.

I like riding the bus. Some great building watching to be done when riding the bus.

Yes to all of that. Several seats behind the bus driver are blocked off as unusable so there is a good distance between the driver and passengers. No such distance between passengers, however.

Ride in the rain, show up early.
I usually ride in the rain and will likely do it next week. Its hot out anyway and we have a gym to change in. Stupid Metro is still on reduced schedule.

What's proper etiquette for walking a dog on a bicycle path? With bicycle traffic or against it?
Always with traffic and listen for cyclists to announce passing on the left. Tighten up on leash in case Sparky pulls a Crazy Ivan and moves left.
