Olive oil, salt, pepper, Worcestershire (very little as it goes a long way), soy sauce, rosemary, thyme, paprika, garlic, dijon. It's probably a more complicated marinade than it needs to be but I like it.

I usually go simple with olive oil, salt, pepper, and freshly chopped Rosemary. Lamb doesn't need to much help as it's very flavorful already.

I will give these a go, I usually stick to seasoning salt for charcoal grilling.

Our apartment just opened the grilling area. Every time I go use it I carry the food back and end up in the elevator with a bunch of folks walking their dogs. The dogs just stare at me and the tray I’m carrying. I can see their canine gears turning...

Believe it or not this is one of the best grill books ever. The guys that make the grills also know how to use them.

I filled a niche with this Phineas Cole linen sweater from Paul Stuart. Sale went to 50% last weekend.

I like lightweight sweaters in theory, but never find the opportunity to wear them.

Might be a "wishful thinking" purchase on my part as it will likely be 90 until October here. I had another lightweight sweater, a blue linen Eidos from Barneys but it shrank even though I followed the washing instructions. I sized up to XL as PC fits kind of slim. Hope it works.
