Thanks so much!! Derek is amazing!!! My wife and I have been out and about today … and just read it. What a great read! I have to say that I only agreed to do it since he was writing … I’m a huge fan. ??

Thanks, guys! I really enjoyed writing that post. Been wanting to write a feature on Macjedi forever. Thanks to Mac for answering my questions.

Also, that new Ikiji coat looks really good on him!

First two paragraphs on the new post are pure gold.

Grabbed two turtlenecks this season, one chunky and one thin, and immediately felt like a pretentious jackass. They look great on The Armoury folk and @UrbanComposition but when you still get ID’d for drinks eighty percent of the time then a suit or sportscoat probably make me look snobby enough.

I can't really wear them either. Greatly prefer very thin crew neck sweaters. Much better just to wear a scarf if it's cold out.

I have worn a few turtlenecks this week and bought another couple last night. I'm getting closer and closer to wearing them every day.

To give credit where it is due, it was also in response to Derek's post, which I was reading in the middle of the night thanks for a fun bout with mild food poisoning. Thanks for being with me in my time of need Derek!

I have only worn the 1-ply cashmere, the heavier and chunkier ones are too much for me. I only ever wear them at night and out to dinner or drinks when its cold, which ends up being once a week or so during the late fall and winter.

I like that I don't need much else like a scarf or hat ect. Most places have done away with coat rooms which makes all the extra accessories a pain to deal with.

Having said that my favorite color is black which was surprising to me, looks great with mid gray flannels, black loafers and a brown tweed.
