It would be weird to wear them with socks. I wouldn't say they chafe, but if you're really worried about it I'd suggest a liberal application of coconut butter.

Spot on true to size for me, I'm an easy 8/41 in most makers and their 8 fits like a glove. Zero problems with the toe box as well.

I’m more reactionary on the topic of decorum than most people but there seems to me to be an unhealthy degree of opprobrium towards the sight of (male) feet in some fora. I don’t think a barefoot man on a clean home floor is so scandalous, is it?

It's all about the feet in question. I think the opprobrium towards male feet is due to their ugliness. Most guys spend even less time on their feet than they do their hands an the result is just... ugly. Male feet are like male torsos, they COULD look great, but most of us have probably been neglecting them for too long.

Hello and I hope everyone is well. Those are great! I’m also a big fan of huaraches this time of year. Particularly due to the brutal summer heat where I live. Also, despite my best efforts, I just could never get my cowboy boots to look good with short pants. JOKE!

I spend a fair amount of time in Mexico every year and always pick a few pairs up. I wanted to share a couple. Maybe some of you would find these to be of interest.
