Quick question: what are classic/versatile/recommended colors for espadrilles? I was mostly looking at the following ones, but I haven't pulled the trigger yet on what to get

I have ones in dark brown suede and they're as versatile as loafers.

Taupe/beige/light grey would be good too.

Navy is a common choice but I find it less versatile. Could be good to have a colour different from your other shoes though.

White/cream ones will get dirty very quickly.

Mine are from Morjas. Leather quality can be quite inconsistent though. The first pair was meh, the second was good.

I wear Navy Castaners and get them from NMWA. They last 1-2 seasons for me then fall apart.

Use them mainly as house shoes.

I've had two pairs in black that I used as house shoes. I love them, though I have to admit, this second pair starting falling apart a lot faster than the first pair I had. :/

They also make good resort wear. Went to Cancun for a wedding in June and wore the Castaners for pool, beach, dinner, etc.
