Do you guys protect your Chelseas before wear with Jason markk repel or anything similar? Does it darken the suede?

I bought the Saphir suede kit from the hanger project and their protector worked great. Used on my tan cehlseas and no change in colour.

Suede is a fairly tough material though and generally does not require a protector spray. Just good to have the cleaning materials on hand if they do get dirty.

Just ordered my first pair of CM shoes (1528 0506). I don't have any experience with quality leather sneakers, normally I wear high quality British leather dress shoes and keep them in great condition by using shoe trees and conditioning them.

I am curious what the best way is to maintain the uppers of CM sneakers and what is the best way to keep them in good condition during their lifetime.
- Are the uppers actually made from full grain or corrected grain leather?
- Does the leather actually need to be conditioned with a leather conditioning lotion from time to time in order to keep the leather in good condition, or will conditioning lotion if applied not be absorbed because the leather is such (corrected grain) that it won't absorb it?

Not full grain. Definitely some kind of paint on the surface that will eventually start cracking on stressed areas, conditioning lotion generally won't be absorbed...I've only put a light coat on an older pair (almost 6yrs wear) twice after a soap washing seemed to dry the surface a bit.

How narrow do the Chelsea’s run?

Tapers earlier than achilles of the same size so may want to size up - definitely try them out in person, the consensus on size up vs stay with your achilles size is as split as the TTS vs size down for achilles debate.

Terrago nano spray. Ultra hydrophobic and invisible ime

Looking for a Common Projects color code chart.
Specifically what is the difference between colors 3001 vs. 3060?? Both look to be 'warm white'.

Hello to everybody!
I have a question for all the CP Bball owners: do you know if the insole is removable? I'm specifically talking about the 2193 model.
As far as I know the Achilles have glued down insole. Does this apply also to the BBalls?

Are the desert boots / non-heel chukkas a thing of the past or is there a stockist still carrying them?

This shape:

I think Grailed is your best bet. I think I've seen them once or twice pop up on some stockists during sale season, but can't remember which.
I have not seen those chukkas at retail in at least a few years.

They will probably make a return at some point, but who knows when.
Found some pairs of deadstock. For anyone who owns both - size the same as Achilles?

Hello I’m not exactly familiar with this model of b-ball lows, but can someone tell me if these are legit or not? I feel like the box is a bit too small for this pair or is it just me?

I have BBalls in three models and all have removable soles.
