What's the difference between warm white and carta? Look very similar

I've also seen off-white and cream. I think they are all slight variations of basically the same thing.

@slam I like the low Achilles the best, but there is nothing wrong with mids. No one will notice that that you are wearing mids unless you roll or cuff your trousers or wear cropped trousers. If you can pick up mids at a good price, go for them.

@Bingale Carta has a grey cast whereas warm white does not. They are close and are essentially interchangeable in most, if not all, fits. For that matter, natural also serves essentially the same purpose.

Thanks for the reply..

Haven't actually seen the carta in real life. Only the grey 7543. Between these two, which one can be worn with most outfits? I tend to wear basic colors so black and navy chinos with the occasional olive.

That was my thought too but pants hem definitely fall over the lows better than mids. i personally don't mind but yes if are pedantic on nicer drapes/stacks/fall then low tops are better IMO. Also, low tops go better with suits if you there's a break. I like to wear high/mids with shorts so i love my mids and they usually go on deeper discount than their lows in the same color which is a bonus.

You brought up some good points and made me think with the current trend of high cut looser fitting pants, I'm thinking I'll get more use out of high tops (mids).

Blacks could also work with a suit on a more casual day.

May go with blacks and white vintage high tops or maybe just cream lows and black lows. Thanks!

I don't know the specific grey you are referring to, but it is hard to imagine you would go wrong either way. The greys from carta to dark grey and everything in between are very easy to wear and would go with your color scheme.
Thanks for the feedback. I was looking for a light grey in the achilles low. Is the 7543 model the lightest grey available?
I love the summer edition achilles with the nubuck but they aren't available anymore

100% fake. The vertical heel stitch at the back of the shoe is an immediate tell. The authentic achilles go inwards, these have an external bump on the end.

Also, the laces are way off. CP laces are thinner and look much better. This is coming from someone with 6 achilles purchased over the past few years.
Can you LC mine?
