My guys, we have to think critically...size down from what?

Alden at 8, achilles is 41, and nike in 9.5 is tts for dress shoes, sizing down 1 from the standard sneaker sizing. Most people size up on nikes by a half.

It's been like 10 years of these questions on this thread, and most of differences are just about not being clear about your starting point of dress shoes vs sneakers.

i'd say so more than the average person. i do think a lot of the disucssion on CP sizing is folks having different preferences on how "tight" they like their sneakers. I could probably do a 42 if i wanted a looser fit but i like my sneakers to be a lil tighter..especially since i find my CPs stretched a bit
You're right
That's what I've noticed too

I don't know if that's always true though. I sized down in my Nike Air Force 1's by half and in other models stayed tts (9.5). But maybe I'm wrong and that's not my real true size.

If I am a size 40 in the classic Achilles low 1562, would I be a size 40 in the bball low models?

Hi everyone, I have never owned a pair of CPs but am interested (about 15 years late lol).
Could someone help with sizing with the slip on style?
common-projects-suede-slip-on-sn.jpg

I wear:
11 in chucks (normal version, not 70s version)
11.5 in Nikes
10.5E-11 in most dress shoes

Any help is appreciated!

Order a 43 if your feet are narrow, a 44 if they're thick. Prepare to return.

Hi everyone, I'm interested in getting the Achilles low. I wear a US7 in Vans and AF1s and have average width feet, should I get EU38 or EU39? I got the EU40 and was too long :(

would EU38 be too tight if compared to EU39 u reckon?
Yeah this is a tough one, I feel both could work. ideally if you can try to order both sizes from someone with a good return policy. Always sucks getting a a pair that does not fit.
