    I think a 42 would work best.

I'm thinking a Black pair will show more imperfections in the leather.
So I'm guessing CP's would look the best over time.

Don’t do greats, the toe box isn’t the same. Great is more bulbous

No, I wont. My son has a pair. Nice but I think your right.
The $300+ price is a hard pill to swallow.
Working on a pre-owned unused deal now on a pair of CP

I think I've finally worn my Achilles out. The leather insole has so much wear and has taken such a beating (i end up hiking around the rockies, climbing, sometimes skating, etc. in these shoes), that it has started to curl up on the outsides. The stitch for the heel counter has completely opened up. Was thinking of those patent leather derbies, too, but heard that leather cracks.

As promised, y'all. The Achilles are beat - maybe hard to tell? I don't know, I don't have a scale to use! As I said, in these I often got caught hiking, biking, maybe hooping, skating here and there to and from.I also took some pictures of my Canvas CPs that was a gift from a sample sale in Portland. Sizing is hard for me with this brand.
