I need to try more Celine shirts on as I prefer slimmer fit.
The last one I tried was a deniem shirt and it was similar fit to SLP.

SLP flannels are consistant with Denim shirts apart from the wool western fit shirts which seem to be slimmer and have shorter sleeve length for some odd reason. Im XS in cotton SLP shirts but XS in wool flannel has good shoukders and length but 2cm or so short sleeves!

@Louis Louis The sizing for the shirts are very different from SLP they’re really tight on the chest and arms. There was a lot of stock recalled because of the fit. A lot of the shirts have been fixed. Some shirts from previous seasons have come back featuring the new fit.

I don't mind the fit I just needed to size up. I am 40 in SLP shirts and a 41 feels flowy while Celine 41 is perfect. The western wool flannels from aw16 and silk shirts are the best comparison since they fit small.

It’s interesting you mention that. The tight chest and biceps held me back from purchasing two shirts. Everything else was spot on in terms of body length neck etc. I should try again.

Appreciate the pic but to me this just looks like a weird 1980s comic book villain outfit. Thanks for the update by way, sadly it makes me feel bad about going to the London store mainly to try stuff on (I have bought several but not most times) because the guys there must not be doing too well in terms of sales.

The fact that you can’t even choose or keep your uniform is pretty ridiculous ngl, as is the pathetic 30% discount, which is less even than the sale.

@rire The audience is very niche for this generation. It’s logo mania and flexing your wealth nowadays not looking like mike jagger.

This is true to an extent but even more than logomania it’s about fashion and style. The pieces Hedi is selling just aren’t in right now, a lot of them are mid-2000s pick up artist sleazecore. I was in Dior the other day and even for the pieces with NO LOGOs or obvious branding whatsoever, there was still a lot more demand because they look like the fashion people actually wear, just nicer.

I don't really agree; I think that suit looks good... a bit different, but i dig it.

@CentrallyLocate Spot on! A lot of pieces are not on par with 2020. As i am a last century man I like it that way, but it may explain the relative failure of the new Celine. In the same time classic Celine bags are selling very well.

This just popped up on the usa webstore, labelled as "Japan exclusive", with no sizes available, which is a goddam shame because it's sorta what I've been looking for. It's labelled as an "oversized fit", and is also available in black. Anyone try either color on?
