any guys in here with experience or have any idea of the £ investment necessary for a microbrewery in the UK? Some friends are thinking of opening one and have invited me to join in, but I'm not sure they are being realistic with their budget. What, if any, could you get with their initial thought of £30k - £40k to start. Told them it must be much more than that, but they disagree.

This just might be 2018's best fresh hop beer (this is the Citra version, but the Simcoe is a close second).
